Orders are shipped by UPS (no PO Boxes please). Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order plus insurance and/or handling. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the carrier, not by Hedgewitch Crafts. If you are local to the Lenoir, NC area, you have a choice to pay via cash in person at our site. Appointments are required when paying and picking up your orders. There is a minimum order of $10 to avoid the $5 small order penalty charge.

Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Please allow an additional 8 to 10 days for U.S. delivery and potentially longer outside the United States.

Sorry, we currently only accept orders with the United States or Canada. We hope to expand this as our business grows. If you are outside of the USA or Canada, please contact us so we know there is a growing interest in your area.

Return Policy:

We will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars or Canadian dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us first before returning your order so that we may authorize the return.
